The Location

The Laugavegur Penthouse is a unique property and one of the few modern buildings in the central part of town. The building is located right on the main street in the heart of Reykjavik. The location is ideal, with all the main restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, museums and other attractions of the city centre within a few minutes walking distance. Yet, the area is free from disturbance associated with the famous Reykjavik night-life.

The Apartments

General Description
We have three apartments, two Penthouse apartments right on the main street and one Penthouse apartment in Lindargata. All apartments are spacious and well equipped with exceptional views from balconies on both sides, to the north and south (see banner at top).

Facilities
All buildings have elevators and the Laugavegur Penthouse apartment has a staircase inside the apartment between the two floors. A private parking space in a closed garage can be provided for the Laugavegur apartments at only EUR 20 per day. 

The neighbourhood

Just around the corner you will find the newly renovated, yet oldest geothermal swimming pool in Reykjavik, "Sundhöll Reykjavikur", you can go to the top of the Hallgrimskirkja church for a spectacular view of the city, The infamous Phallological museum and the Sun Voyager, are all within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartments.  There is a grocery store right next door to the Laugavegur apartments and you will find a all the main restaurants and bars right down the street.  The parliament building, city hall and the main square, Lækjartorg, are all within 10 minutes walking distance.
